LANGUAGES
Moderately fluent in spoken Japanese, with some reading and writing capability. Able to write the two phonetic alphabets and approximately 500-600 ideographic characters (kanji), capable of reading perhaps 100 more. Completely conversant with all levels of speech from Keigo (polite speech) to regional slang.
